Description & Building Alterations

This four-story with basement building was originally erected in 1844-45. There’s also a rear building on this lot constructed in 1857-58.

The brick front facade features a bracketed cornice with paneled frieze and simple molded window lintels and rectangular sills. The main entrance was relocated to the basement level at some point and the original entrance location was bricked up.
