Description & Building Alterations

This five-story old law tenement building was erected in 1892.

The two buildings share the same design, with a facade featuring slightly projecting side bays, patterned brickwork, arched window lintels, keystones and beltcourses. The cornice on this building appears to have been replaced by parapets and a railing, and the entrance perhaps moved from the first floor to the ground level, hence the stoop has been removed.
