Description & Building Alterations
This five-story with basement tenement was built in 1873, together with the building at 332 East 9th Street, designed by architect William Graul. The twin buildings feature an elaborate bracketed cornice with a triangular center pediment, segmental-arched window openings with lintels and footed sills dating from the 1904 alteration, and an entrance enframement with pilasters and a segmental arch.
