The five story building at 333 East 9th Street was constructed in 1875, as a pair with 335 East 9th Street. They were designed by the same architect F. W. Klemt and share identical facades.

No. 333 features bracketed cornice with ornamented frieze, molded lintels with triangular pediments at second story, footed sills, and entrance flanked by engaged iron pilasters.
