Description & Building Alterations

This five-story with basement tenement was built in 1873, together with the building at 334 East 9th Street, designed by architect William Graul. The twin buildings feature an elaborate bracketed cornice with a triangular center pediment, segmental-arched window openings with lintels and footed sills dating from the 1904 alteration, as well as an entrance enframement with pilasters and a segmental arch.

What is the Building Blocks Project
