No. 328-334 East 11th Street were constructed together in 1873. Designed by architect William Jose, they share an identical facade.

No. 328 features a bracketed cornice with decorated frieze, segmental-arched window lintels, an entrance flanked by fluted iron pilasters, and ornated metal balconies.
