Description & Building Alterations
This five-story with basement old law tenement with stores was built in 1891 and was designed by architects Kurtzer & Rohl.
The building facade features an elaborate entrance enframement with pilasters, a bracketed door hood and carvings, decorated beltcourses, arched window lintels, panels decorated with figurative carvings, patterned brickwork and frieze above the first-floor windows, and projecting brick pilasters with elaborate carvings on the top floor.
It appears that the roof may have undergone some alterations.
