Description & Building Alterations

There are two buildings on this lot. The front building is a four-story tenement originally erected in 1846-47, probably as a private dwelling. It was likely converted to tenements by the early part of the 20th century.

Most historical details have been lost. The current facade features a red brick surface, stripped window lintels and sills. The ground floor facade has been altered more than once.
