Description & Building Alterations

This five-story with basement tenement was built in 1867, together with the building at No. 317 East 5th Street. They both have same facade design.

The present facade features a molded bracketed cornice, arched window lintels with dentils and bracketed sills. The stoop of this building has been removed and the entrance moved to the basement.
