This eight-story modern apartment building was erected in 2008-10 with 36 dwelling units. Designed by Stephen B. Jacobs Group, it features a light facade and glass balconies.

The building once on this site was a cigar box factory, which was converted into a milk depot in 1915. It was formerly known as Lot 61.

What is the Building Blocks Project
