This five-story with basement tenement was originally built in 1873 for stores in basement and dwellings on upper floors and designed by William Jose.
The facade features a bracketed cornice with decorative frieze, segmental-arched window openings with molded lintels and footed sills. The main entry is set on a high stoop, with a segmental-arched door and capped by a segmental-arched door hood. Two commercial spaces are found at the basement level.
