Description & Building Alterations

This six-story brick tenement was built in 1902 and designed by architects Michael & Mitchell Bernstein. It was to be occupied by 23 families. Three stores occupy the ground floor.

The facade features decorative window enframements and pedimented and arched window lintels. The facade of the top floor appears to have been altered and the storefront on ground floor reconfigured. The cornice was removed sometime after the 1980s.
