Description & Building Alterations

This five-story tenement was erected in 1872, designed by architect Julius Boekell.

The present facade features a bracketed cornice with a round arch at center and decorated tympanum beneath, molded cornice above first story, and engaged pilasters dividing the storefront and main entry. The historical window lintels and sills have been stripped.
