Description & Building Alterations
This five-story, three-bay wide brick tenement was originally erected in 1852-53. The basement was converted from stores back to apartments in 1939.
The present facade features a bracketed cornice, molded window lintels, simple rectangular sills, and a molded door hood above the main entry on the first story. The basement front wall has been rebuilt.
