Description & Building Alterations

This building was constructed as a single-family rowhouse in 1845, but its facade has since undergone many changes. It was completely refaced with new brick in the early-mid 20th century; it would appear that the stoop entry was removed at that time as well. It is likely that the building was originally three stories tall, and the fourth story was added at a later date.

At some point the building was converted to multiple apartments, which it remains to this day.
