Description & Building Alterations

This lot contained a two-story brick building constructed in 1947 (NB 57-47). It had been used for storage, office space, and a warehouse. During an alteration in 2005-07, the original two stories were altered, including the demolition of the exterior and interior, which were rebuilt to conform to the vertical addition of third to sixth stories.

The present facade features a brick surface, flat roofline, square window openings with simple brick surrounds, and projecting center balconies at upper stories. This was formerly known as lot number 14.
