This four-bay wide, five-story old-law tenement was erected in 1889 for 20 families, designed by architect W. V. B. Ferdan.

The building facade features a bracketed cornice with paneled frieze, patterned brickwork, brick quoins flanking the windows, molded lintels with incised neo-Grec details, and engaged pilasters at first story.
