This five-story, four-bay wide brick old-law tenement was erected in 1886, designed by architect Berger and Baylies. It was built along with No. 259 East 10th Street.
The facade features bracketed cornice with elevated center piece, denticulated brickwork, molded lintels, and engaged pilasters flanking the main entry.
