This five-story, four-bay wide brick tenement was erected in 1886, designed by architect Berger and Baylies. It was built along with No. 261 East 10th Street.
The facade features bracketed cornice with elevated center piece, denticulated brickwork, molded lintels, engaged pilasters flanking the main entry, and molded cornice above the first story.
