Originally built in 1846-47, this three-story brick building at 248 East 10th Street is recorded has having been a funeral parlor in 1952. Since 1956, it has been used as a dwelling for multiple families.

It has gone through multiple alterations and has lost most historical details. Currently the facade features brick surface, stepped parapet, stripped lintels and sills.
