Description & Building Alterations

The 1980’s tax photo shows a one or two story building here, possibly what was left of a two story 19th century brick row house which previously occupied the site. The Department of Buildings website does not show a new building permit but there is an alteration permit from 1990 which could have been the permit that allowed the structure we see today. Additionally, it received a new addition on the top floor by Howard Chin Architects from 2005 that projects out from the east facade.
