This five-story apartment building set back from the sidewalk was erected in 1985 (NB5-85), with a projecting chimney at the center of the facade and a yard wall with segmental-arched openings. In 2008, it was renovated by Jeffery Cole Architects.

A five-story building with store existed on the lot in the first quarter of the 20th century.

What is the Building Blocks Project
