There are two buildings on this lot. The tenement at 238 East 6th Street and the corner tenement building with stores on the ground floor at 101 Second Avenue. Both were designed by Julius Boekell for owner Frederick Pflueger between 1877 and 1880.

What is the Building Blocks Project
