Description & Building Alterations

This new condo building was built in 2010 and has only two units and a private garage. The penthouse was first occupied by reality TV stars Bob and Cortney Novogratz while the bottom four floors were occupied by original owner Sue Hostetler.

Prior to this building, a one-story brick warehouse that was built in 1952 by Harry Leibowitz was located on this lot. In the early 1990s the building was used as an artist’s studio.

This was previously lot 28.

What is the Building Blocks Project
