This 30 family tenement was constructed by developer Joseph Wolkenbger of 96 Avenue B, whose name is in the center of the building’s cornice. In addition to the cornice the building retains a number of its original 1905 architectural details as designed by architect George Frederick Pelham.

What is the Building Blocks Project
