Description & Building Alterations

This five-story, eight-bay wide building was converted in 1947 from two four-story with basement brick tenements originally on the lot. During this alteration the building front was extended by 5 feet to the present lot line.

The current facade features plain a red brick surface, flat lintels and simple rectangular sills. The pedimented main entrance is flanked by recessed brick piers.
