Description & Building Alterations
This 4 story with basement brick and stone row house was constructed in circa 1830-31. It was originally in the Federal style but has since been altered with Greek Revival/Italianate details. It features Flemish bond brickwork, a Greek Revival style portico, projecting window sills, molded lintels, and bracketed cornice with dentils and freize panels. The full fourth story and Italianate style cornice were added around 1877.
