Description & Building Alterations

This Neo-Colonial brick and stone row house was constructed in circa 1830-31 and altered in circa 1928. The 4 story, 3 bay wide structure features window grilles at the basement and entryway railings. Other significant architectural details include projecting basement-level entryway portico with Tuscan columns and molded lintel, projecting window sills, soldier course lintels at the upper stories, paneled brick spandrels, and paneled and stepped roof parapet  with central curved gable. The full fourth story was added in circa 1877 and the facade was redesigned in 1928.
