This lot is currently vacant. Department of Building records indicate a number of actions taken on the lot, including two demolition permits filed in 1969 and 1971. The 1980s tax photo (see sidebar) shows the lot as vacant by that time.

The site also includes former lot 20, which may have been combined with lot 21 when the buildings were demolished.

What is the Building Blocks Project
