Description & Building Alterations

This five story, four bay wide apartment building was constructed circa 1882-1883. The Neo-Grec brownstone building features bracketed surrounds at the entryway and windows, bracketed window sills, and bracketed cornice with dentils and frieze panels. Most of the surrounds have been smoothed over and the railings on the stoop have been replaced.
