Description & Building Alterations
This four-bay wide, six-story with basement brick tenement was constructed in 1896. Designed by architect George Frederick Pelham, it was originally built for two stores and 22 families.
The present building facade features recessed round arches at the fifth and sixth stories, molded lintels with triangular pediments at the third story, and decorative beltcourses. The bracketed cornice with an elevated center piece was removed after the 1980s.
