Description & Building Alterations

This Queen Anne, Old-Law tenement was likely built 1890. In 1963 the front stoop was removed and the store fronts were replaced. The two-tone brick facade features arched brick detailing over window bays one and four at the second and fourth stories and belt courses. There is a modillioned cornice at the roof line.
