This property is owned by New York City Parks and Recreation and is currently used as green space. There were previously two four-story tenement buildings on this site. According to an application to alter the buildings in 1908, they housed a dance hall in addition to tenement apartments. There are demolition permits on file for 1974 and 1976, which is likely when these structures were lost.
