Description & Building Alterations

The front and rear-year tenement buildings on this lot were constructed in 1863. The five story Italianate building features paneled and fluted cast-iron columns on the ground floor. The building has a molded crown above the first floor, projecting sills, molded lintels and bracketed cornice with projecting brick frieze.
