Description & Building Alterations

This four-bay wide, five-story brick tenement was erected in 1893 for 21 families, designed by Kurtzer & Rohl.

The present facade features a bracketed cornice with decorative frieze, foliate beltcourses, round-arched tympanums with elaborate ornaments, decorated panels, and an entrance flanked by incised pilasters supporting a door hood.

What is the Building Blocks Project
