211 East 10th Street | Block : 452 | Lot #52
Description & Building Alterations
This six-story with basement tenement was erected in 1900 for 20 families, designed by architect Charles B. Meyers.
The building facade features a molded roof cornice, projected pilasters and decorative panels at the sixth story, splayed window lintels with keystones, continuous molded sills, brick quoins, ornamented banding, and a molded cornice above the first story. The entrance is set on a stoop, flanked by incised pilasters supporting a molded entablature with decorated frieze. The segmental-arched door frame appears to be historic.
