Description & Building Alterations

This brick tenement was originally built along with 208 East 10th Street. It is unclear when it was raised to the current height.

Most historical details of the facade have been stripped. It now features stepped parapet, simplified lintels and sills, and patterned brickwork. The entrance has been moved from first story to the ground level and a decorative brick cladding has been added to the first and ground stories.
