This lot consists of two five-story pre-law tenements unified by one brick facade, constructed in 1868 for owner Walter Keeler. 206-208 Avenue B is topped by a simple cornice and has lintels flush with the wall plane, which may indicate they have been shaved. It is also possible that they were originally flush.
