Description & Building Alterations
This six-story with basement tenement was built in 1891 for 24 families. It was designed by architect Charles Rentz.
The present facade features a brownstone base and first story, an entrance portico enframed by decorated pilasters supporting a molded entablature, round-arched window openings, keystones with foliate or figural carving, decorative balconette, ornamented panels, bandings, and a bracketed cornice with paneled frieze.
