Description & Building Alterations

This four-story building dates to 1851, although it has been altered extensively since then. No original ornamentation is left on the facade or the storefront. At some point after the 1980s tax photo was taken, the two central windows on all of the upper floors were filled in with concrete masonry blocks.

What is the Building Blocks Project
