203 East 7th Street | Block : 390 | Lot #54
Description & Building Alterations
This four-story brick building was constructed in 2000.
The facade is three bays wide and clad in brick with simple stone lintels and sills. The cornice has an arched pediment and the inscription “John Delillo 2000”. The ground level features patterning in the brick.
In 1938, a four-story multiple dwelling building was demolished on this lot because it was deemed unsafe by the City of New York. The lot was left vacant until 1952, when the ground was paved over for use as a parking lot until the current building was constructed in 2000.
