This small two-story building is the remnant of a four-story structure built in 1848 for owner John R. Roberts. While once likely similar in scale and appearance to its neighbor at 204 Avenue B, the third and fourth floors have been demolished. The remaining facade was heavily altered.

What is the Building Blocks Project
