This four-bay wide, four-story house was originally erected between 1849 and 1850, along with its neighboring building at 201 Avenue A. The 1849 tax assessment record is missing, so the exact owner and date of construction is uncertain. Its facade features simple bracketed cornice, molded window lintels and footed sills.

What is the Building Blocks Project
