In 1905, this new law tenement was designed by Charles C. Haight for George Winthrop Folsom. The brick and cast-stone facade has been altered over the years, including modification of the fenestration pattern.

This building replaced two early Greek Revival tenements from the early- to mid-1800s.

What is the Building Blocks Project
