This five story old law tenement was built in 1887 and designed by A.I Finkle. The ground floor, fourth and fifth floors have been rebuilt in a simple brick form, eliminating what was likely more elaborate detail. Vertical protrusions on the facade are likely to be the remnants of pilasters that once decorated the facade.
