This large complex, clad in light and dark beige brick, consists of a two-story unit of artist’s units, an underground garage, a twenty-five-story tower, and a twenty-one-story tower. It was built in 1965 and designed by Ifill & Johnson, according to the Office for Metropolitan History.

What is the Building Blocks Project
