Description & Building Alterations

This three-story building was originally erected between 1842 and 1844. A four-story tenement existed on the rear of this lot, but was demolished in 1958. In the 1880s it was occupied by two families and one store.

The present front facade features a simple molded cornice, molded window lintels and rectangular sills. The storefront has been reconfigured.
