Description & Building Alterations

This five story tenement building was like built around 1846-1847. The building has a simple facade consisting of an altered ground floor and what are likely to be cast-iron lintels. The Queen Anne cornice reads “Katz 1890” and would have replaced the original cornice, probably in the year 1890.
