Description & Building Alterations
This three-story building was constructed in 1848-50 by original owner Henry Manderz.
The red brick façade is eight bays wide and the windows consist of stone lintels and sills. Anchors have been added to secure the walls. The different patterns of brickwork at the roofline and a historic photo indicate this building originally featured a cornice, which was removed prior to the 1980s. The historic photo also shows a store front with an appliance sign reading Refrigerator and Radio.
