Description & Building Alterations

This Italianate tenement was constructed in 1872 for owner George C. Lamb by architect William Jose.

The five-story brick building is four bays wide. The window lintels are black with an segmental-arched shape. The roof is flat, with brackets holding up the modillioned cornice, a round-arched pediment with decorative dentils and brackets with the inscription “1872.” There is also a ground floor cornice.
